Paymiaz Payment Policy
Effective Date: 23 July 2025
Welcome to Paymiaz. This Payment Policy outlines how payments are handled on our escrow platform. By using Paymiaz, you agree to the terms described below.
1. Overview of Escrow Services
Paymiaz acts as a neutral third party that securely holds funds on behalf of transacting parties (Buyer and Seller) until all agreed conditions of a transaction are fulfilled.
2. Funding Payments
Buyers must deposit the full agreed transaction amount into Paymiaz before the Seller begins work or delivers goods/services.
Payments can be made using the supported methods listed on our platform (e.g., bank transfer, UPI, cards, etc.).
Funds are considered “secured” only after successful receipt and confirmation by Paymiaz.
3. Holding of Funds
All funds are held in escrow until both parties meet the agreed terms.
Paymiaz does not release funds to the Seller without confirmation from the Buyer or completion of predefined conditions.
Funds held in escrow are not interest-bearing.
4. Release of Payments
Payments will be released to the Seller when one of the following occurs:
The Buyer confirms satisfactory delivery of goods/services.
The agreed delivery period ends without dispute from the Buyer.
A dispute is resolved in favor of the Seller.
5. Withdrawal of Funds
Sellers can withdraw released funds to their verified bank accounts.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 2–5 business days, subject to banking timelines.
Users are responsible for providing accurate banking information.
6. Fees and Charges
Paymiaz may charge service fees for transactions, withdrawals, or dispute handling.
All applicable fees will be clearly displayed before confirming any transaction.
Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
If a transaction is canceled before completion, funds will be returned to the Buyer’s original payment method or Paymiaz wallet.
Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider.
Partial refunds may apply if agreed upon by both parties.
8. Dispute Resolution
In case of a disagreement, either party may raise a dispute through the platform.
Paymiaz will review all evidence and make a fair determination.
The decision made by Paymiaz is final and binding.
9. Payment Security
Paymiaz uses industry-standard security measures to protect transactions and user data.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
10. Compliance and Verification
Users may be required to complete identity verification (KYC) before making or receiving payments.
Paymiaz reserves the right to delay or block transactions that appear suspicious or violate regulations.
